The Cape Dry contains a carefully balanced blend of juniper, coriander, angelica root, honeybush, cardamom, lemon peel, and mountain buchus (Agathosma sp)
A balanced gin which adds something special to anyclassic recipe such as Negroni to Martini, the Cape Dry Gin is designed for our personal favourite, the Gin & Tonic, especially when enhanced with a garnish that brings out both the citrus and herbal notes of the gin. A Copa glass complements the fragrance in the glass.
- Pour single or double measure of Cape Dry Gin over lots of ice (4-6 blocks)
- Add equal measure of Tonic (we recommend Fitch & Leedes)
- Garnish with twist of lemon peel freshly cut and a finger-length sprig of rosemary.

Exposure to bright light heat or oxygen, especially once the bottle is opened, will lead naturally to bottle aging and fading of some of the aromas and flavours over time . Best consumed within 2 months of opening and 4 months of purchase.
